Foundational Rootwork Session
Your journey begins with a 2.5-hour Rootwork Session to understand the origins of your breath pattern and body’s story. This is the natural starting point of our work together— where we open the portal, go beneath the layers, and uncover what your heart and soul desire most.

Weekly Breathwork Sessions
12 sessions total
Each 90 minute session is personalized to meet your current state and intention.
Through guided breathwork, we release stored tension, rewire your nervous system, and reconnect you to your natural state of groundedness, vitality, and love. -
Integration & Support
Much of the work happens between sessions— this is the integration process, where insight becomes embodiment. I am here to support you through the entire process. You’ll have text and voice-message access to me for the in-between moments when you want help staying grounded and integrating your breakthroughs into daily life.
