Hi, I’m Noa
Breathwork Facilitator | Space Holder
Before I began guiding others through the Breath, I was learning how to breathe again myself.
I discovered Breathwork in 2023 at Center City Breathe in Philadelphia, under the powerful and open-hearted guidance of Ari Barkan. In my very first Group Breathe, I experienced an unfathomable sense of belonging, release, and inner light that forever changed my relationship with myself.
Attending the weekly Group Breathe soon became a non-negotiable part of my self-care. It was a sacred space where I could feel, express, and release all the week’s chaos — a sanctuary filled with warm, loving energy, open arms, and open hearts.
There, I discovered something uniquely healing about reaching the depths of both darkness and light in the witness of others — strangers who chose to hold one another in unconditional positive regard. Every week, we met each other’s eyes. Every week, it was a challenge. So often we look, but do not truly see. Hearts laid bare there.
And I thought to myself: The world desperately needs more of this.
So I decided — I will bring more of it to the world.
I didn’t know it then, but that experience became the seed of Breathe With Noa — a space born from devotion to truth, tenderness, and transformation.
My work now lives at the intersection of breath, body, and spirit. I guide others through the same process that changed my life: coming home to the body, remembering the wisdom that’s already there, and allowing the breath to gently reawaken what’s been buried or forgotten.
My Vision
A world full of humans who are fully embodied— rooted in presence, open in heart, and alive to the wisdom within.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
— Anaïs Nin
The VALUES THAT SHAPE MY WORK:
Safety— the pillar of everything, without this we have nothing!
Authenticity— this comes from presence and vulnerability, two essential elements of breathwork.
Courage— the perfect complement to safety, courage is necessary to do this work. One of my mantras is “run towards the things that scare and excite you.” Safety + Courage = good things baby!
Freedom— My favorite human feeling; on the same wavelength as love to me.
My philosophy:
You are your greatest healer.
I am not here to fix you.
There is nothing to fix.
You are whole, exactly as you are.
My credentials:
~ 200 hr Certified Breathwork Facilitator from the Vitality Breath School
~ Further training with the Breath and Consciousness Academy
~ Professional Member of the International Breathwork Foundation
The inspo behind the brand: Brugmansia
Brugmansia, also known as Angel's Trumpet, is a plant with profound spiritual, symbolic, and medicinal histories, especially in indigenous South American traditions.
Revered as a powerful spirit plant, she is often associated with:
Thresholds & Transitions: The flower’s trumpet shape is seen as a symbol of calling between worlds — life, death, dreams, and spiritual realms.
Visionary States: Used carefully in shamanic traditions to induce altered states of consciousness and visions. It is considered a "teacher plant" but one that must be approached with immense respect and proper guidance.
Protection & Warding: Some traditions use it to ward off evil spirits or as a boundary between the sacred and the profane.
Rebirth & Surrender: The plant is linked to cycles of death and rebirth, surrendering to transformation, and the deep beauty that can be found in letting go.
Divine Femininity & Liminal Beauty: Its sensual, dramatic flowers and intoxicating scent (often strongest at night) are associated with mysterious feminine energy, lunar cycles, and the allure of the unknown.
Indigenous Use: Some Amazonian tribes have used Brugmansia in carefully controlled doses as a ritual hallucinogen, often under the guidance of a skilled shaman. It is sometimes used in conjunction with ayahuasca ceremonies.
Medicinal Applications: Historically, tropane alkaloids derived from Brugmansia were used for anesthesia, asthma (as a bronchodilator), and pain relief. However, these uses are extremely dangerous outside precise traditional or medical contexts.
Energetic Cleansing: In some cultures, Brugmansia leaves or flowers were used in spiritual baths to remove heavy energies.
I am drawn to the Brugmansia — a flower that hangs like a sacred bell between worlds.
It is beautiful, intoxicating, and deeply powerful.
It teaches me about thresholds, surrender, and the courage to lean into the unknown.
Like the breath, Brugmansia is a portal — an invitation to soften, to trust, and to step across the edge of what you thought was possible.
In my work, I hold spaces that honor this journey. I invite you into a soft, potent threshold — where breath meets body, where the seen meets the unseen, and where you can unfold into the fullness of who you are becoming.
