After you’ve rooted in our foundational session, these sessions become a space to keep nurturing what’s growing within you.

Think of them as gentle maintenance for your nervous system — moments to realign, clear emotional buildup, and return to balance.

Each time we meet, you’ll be guided through a breathwork journey tailored to your current state and needs, whether you’re processing something tender, moving through change, or simply cultivating your wellbeing.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each session follows a simple yet potent flow:

1. Check-In & Intention Setting

We begin by attuning to where you are — emotionally, mentally, physically.
This grounding conversation helps clarify what your body and heart are calling for today.

2. The Breath Journey

A 90 minute breathwork experience designed to release, regulate, and restore.
Each session meets you right where you are, helping you dissolve emotional residue, liberate the nervous system, and open more fully to presence.

3. Integration & Reflection

We close with a grounding practice, reflection, and light coaching — supporting you to embody and sustain what you’ve uncovered.

How It Works

  • Sessions are available individually (book as needed)

  • Or, you can choose to meet monthly for consistent support and deeper unfolding

  • Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes

  • Conducted online via Zoom (or in person, if applicable)
